Mortal Fools is looking to employ 2 practitioners to join their busy core delivery team! They are looking for two skilled and enthusiastic practitioners, who would like to specialise in this work and commit time to develop their practice.
There are three main areas of work that the company currently lack capacity in, which they are aiming to fill through these two roles:
Artistic delivery and facilitation across our Young People’s programmes
Professional delivery of our CONNECT training programme
Coordination support for both these strands of work

Open Clasp Theatre Company- Workforce Development Programme – Facilitators/Writers
Open Clasp Theatre Company is looking to invest in 3 facilitators and 3 writers as part of their workforce development programme. This is an opportunity for Open Clasp to invest in and engage artists for the future growth of the company. Appointed individuals will receive a paid contract including an intensive weeklong programme in Open Clasp’s ethos, values and methodology. Facilitator and writer pairs will then be matched to a group of women to collaborate with and create new theatre for the company’s programme in 2022.

Hadrian's Wall 1900- Freelance Community Engagement Coordinator
Hadrian’s Wall 1900 is looking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Community engagement Coordinator to work closely with the Coordinating Producers on this complex, year-long Festival. The Community Engagement Coordinator will work closely with the Festival team to provide key support to existing Activity Organisers, seek opportunities to find and develop new Activity Organisers and develop community engagement with the World Heritage Site. They will plan and deliver regular communications with Activity Organisers, supporting them through the planning of their events and activities and seek networking opportunities through contact sessions and events. They will also assist the Coordinating Producers in making links and connections between events, organisers, venues and organisations.
