The Team
Culture Northumberland was conceptualised by digital media professional Jason Thompson and Creative Engagement Manager Claire Venus with support from Wendy Scott, Cultural Development Manager at Northumberland County Council in 2020.
Since 2021, Claire has taken a lead on working with the sector to understand gaps in training and knowledge.
Claire works with a Northumberland based assistant to amplify cultural offers across Culture Northumberland's social media channels and is currently programming a series of events to help develop and sustain the sector in a post pandemic world.
